This is on the UCSD campus. I spotted the trees one morning after EJ's karate class and had to stop for some pictures.
I was also happy to find a pumpkin patch. Pumpkin Station is a pumpkin patch and carnival for the toddler set. We went a couple times and EJ loved it.
He tried to lift the pumpkins but soon realized they weigh more than he does! Here he found a buddy to jump the hay bails with.
He picked out his own pumpkin without any help from me. When we got home he decorated it with the Halloween stickers Andi sent from Nebraska.

This slide was a highlight. Between both visits he must have went down 100 times. He loved it and didn't mind the steep climb that took twice as long as the slide itself.
The petting zoo had goats, sheep, chickens and bunnies. EJ was very sweet to the animals and knew how to pet them without me instructing him. Such a big boy!
He called this car "Lightening McQueen" and was all to happy to take it for a spin.
EJ still loves trains and he was a great conductor.
EJ's favorite ride was the rocket ship. On our way to meet Lauren, Lynn and Charlie he told me that he was going to show Charlie how to fly the rocketship. Charlie was too young to ride but not to young for a photo op before take off!
