Our friend, Andi, came to visit and warm up a bit from Nebraska's winter. She was our next door neighbor for 3 years so she was quite amazed at how much EJ has grown and matured in the 6 months we've been gone. He was very excited to play with the moon dough she brought him. It was a hit.
After a fun lunch in Old Town we headed back the next day to catch a Trolley Tour. EJ has wanted to ride the trolley since we moved here. He was super excited!
Here's Andi's first morning at the beach. We had a nice breakfast watching the surfers hit the waves.
We found a fun collection of stores in Encinitas and eventually wore EJ out!
Eric took us to a great spot in Torrey Pines were they have a glider port. Excellent ocean views and lots of fun airborne toys like this guy.
When Andi heard about our pregnancy last fall she got right to work making Baby Jack a quilt. She finished it in time to bring it with her on the trip. It's really beautiful. Thank you, Andi!
I had the best weekend !! So much change in just six short months. EJ is so grown up ... and the surprise that is Jack. I was blessed to be a part of it all. Thanks so much for a fabulous visit!
